About Us

Introduction

British Education Network (BEN) is a vast network of educational offices and training centres that promote and facilitate the management and delivery of British educational courses in different parts of the world. These centres operate as course enrolment and delivery locations so that students can study these courses in their own countries.

The courses are designed and moderated by accredited UK colleges that operate in partnership with the British Education Network. BEN lecturers are professionals who have expertise and teaching experience in the subject areas that they teach. These lecturers are drawn from local universities (and from industry) in the countries that BEN operates and from the United Kingdom.

The assessment examinations and coursework for the programmes are set and moderated by the respective UK institute or college. The qualifications are awarded or moderated by the respective UK professional institute. The British Education Network centres are responsible for teaching and conducting the examinations/assessments set by the UK institutions.

Job, Promotion Opportunities and Employers

The courses are designed to build capacity so that graduates can contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of their organisation. Others will find our qualifications extremely useful to gain employment or promotion in their existing job. We also work with employers to recruit our graduate students on work placement, so that they gain the very valuable work experience that they need in order to face the challenges of the 21st Century.

Relationship with UK Colleges and Universities

Students completing our courses may decide to seek admission onto UK colleges or universities. Since the qualifications are awarded or moderated by recognised UK institutes, students can gain admission onto UK university degree courses, in some cases with advanced credits.

Relationship with overseas Universities

The British Education Network will negotiate with key local universities in the countries where BEN operates. This is to have arrangement with such local universities so that they can accept graduates of our courses onto an appropriate level of their own degree programmes. This is to make it possible for those students who could not travel to the UK to further their study, to continue with their degree study in their own country.
